🎓 Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Management, or related fields)

💼 Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or corporate relations/consultancy

  • Proficiency in MS Office

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain contact with prospective employers through visits, calls, and emails.

  • Develop structured placement plans and execute defined activities.

  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to align placement strategies with institutional objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business and placement opportunities with industry partners.

  • Maintain accurate placement and employer interaction records.

  • Coordinate on-campus placement drives and in-house skill workshops for students.

👤 Candidate Profile:

Seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and corporate networking ability. Candidates with prior experience in placement coordination or recruitment will be preferred.
