📌 Job Position

  • Dean – Academics

🎓 Educational Qualification

  • Ph.D. degree in any discipline (including Engineering) from reputed Institutions/Universities

  • Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade)

  • Strong academic track record

💼 Experience Required

  • Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education

  • At least 5 years in a senior academic/administrative role such as:

    • HoD

    • Curriculum Development Coordinator

    • Principal (FAC)

    • Controller of Examinations

    • Or equivalent positions

  • Proven expertise in:

    • Curriculum design & academic planning

    • Examination reforms & accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA/UGC/AICTE)

    • Research & publications / funded projects

🔑 Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Autonomous college regulations, NEP 2020, NHEQF, NCrF, LOCF, and OBE

  • Leadership in mentoring faculty and fostering innovation in teaching-learning

  • Familiarity with digital education tools, academic analytics, industry-academia collaborations

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills

  • Commitment to student development and institutional growth
