Assistant Professor

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (mandatory for most departments).

    • Master’s degree with First Class in the appropriate branch of Engineering.

    • Bachelor’s degree with First Class in all preceding degrees.

  • Experience:

    • Prior teaching/research experience in reputed institutions is preferred.

    • Candidates with industry experience and research publications will have an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Research & Development: Ability to lead R&D projects, secure grants, and publish in reputed journals.

  • Industry Collaboration: Experience in consultancy, patents, or industry-sponsored projects.

  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship:

    • Involvement in promoting Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC).

    • Hands-on experience with Tinkering Labs or Innovation Centers.

    • Designing and delivering value-added courses for students.

  • Physical Education Director:

    • Specialized qualifications in Physical Education/Sports Science.

    • Experience in organizing sports events and fitness programs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality lectures and mentor students in academic and research projects.

  2. Develop curriculum, lab manuals, and innovative teaching methodologies.

  3. Lead research initiatives, apply for grants, and collaborate with industries.

  4. Guide students in patent filings, hackathons, and startup incubations.

  5. Organize workshops, seminars, and industry interaction programs.

  6. Contribute to institutional development through accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC).

Pay Scale

  • As per AICTE norms (competitive and commensurate with experience).
