ArivuPro is currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable ACCA professionals to join its academic team as Full-Time ACCA Faculty members. Employment Type:

Full-Time

Annual Salary:

₹6,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum

Compensation will be based on qualifications, teaching capabilities, experience, and overall contribution to the institution.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess:

  • ACCA Qualification (Mandatory)

Experience Required:

  • Freshers can apply
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of teaching or training experience are preferred
  • Prior experience in ACCA coaching, commerce education, or professional training will be an added advantage

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage

Teaching Responsibilities:

The selected faculty member will be responsible for teaching ACCA subjects, including:

  • F1 – Business and Technology
  • F2 – Management Accounting
  • F3 – Financial Accounting
  • F4 – Corporate and Business Law

Faculty may also be trained to handle:

  • F5 and higher-level ACCA papers
  • Specialized ACCA subjects based on expertise and institutional requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions for ACCA students
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and assessments
  • Conduct revision sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and mock examinations
  • Monitor student academic progress and performance

Student Mentoring & Counseling:

  • Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students
  • Help students understand ACCA career opportunities and progression pathways
  • Mentor students for examination preparation and professional development

Content Development:

  • Contribute to course content creation and product development initiatives
  • Assist in improving study materials, question banks, and learning resources
  • Collaborate with senior faculty to enhance curriculum delivery

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain attendance records and academic reports
  • Track student engagement and learning outcomes
  • Support institutional academic activities and quality initiatives

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for institutional collaborations, workshops, seminars, and academic assignments when required
