Job Title / Designations

  • Admission Officer

  • Telecaller Receptionist (Female Only)

Admission Officer – Responsibilities

  • Manage the admission process across multiple institutions (Engineering, Dental Science, Arts & Science, B.Ed, Polytechnic, ITI, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Schools)

  • Develop and implement admission strategies

  • Collaborate with schools and organize events

  • Handle inquiries and applications

  • Maintain and report progress to management

Telecaller Receptionist – Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and manage incoming calls

  • Maintain and update student inquiry databases

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with students/parents

  • Greet visitors, provide information, and support front-office tasks

Eligibility (Common for Both Positions)

  • Any Degree

  • Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of additional languages preferred)

  • Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry skills
