Project Title:
Value addition in buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) cultivars from Himalayan regions for enhancement of livelihood of Local Farmers

Department:
Biochemistry, College of Basic Sciences and Humanities (CBSH)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Food Science / Food Technology / Agriculture / ZBC (Zoology, Botany, Chemistry) / Community Science (Food & Nutrition specialization)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Familiar with hill geography of Uttarakhand

  • Experience in phytochemical analysis and tissue culture work

  • Willingness for frequent travel with the project team or independently

Job Details:

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Pay Scale: ₹15,000/- per month

  • Job Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
