  2. Faculty – MBA (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)

Principal – MBA College
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Management or MBA with First Class from a reputed university

  • Minimum 15 years of teaching/academic experience, including at least 5 years in administrative/leadership roles (HOD/Dean/Vice-Principal/Principal)

  • Strong academic background with research publications in reputed journals

  • Proven experience in institution building, accreditation, NAAC/NBA compliance, and academic administration

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills

Faculty – MBA
Specializations:

  • Marketing

  • Finance

  • Human Resource (HR)

  • Business Analytics / Operations / IT / Entrepreneurship

Qualifications & Experience (as per AICTE/UGC norms):

  • MBA with First Class or Ph.D. in relevant specialization

  • Assistant Professor: 2–3 years of teaching/industry experience

  • Associate Professor: 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications

  • Professor: 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years at Associate Professor level and significant research contributions

  • Industry exposure is an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of AICTE/UGC/University norms, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and academic regulations

  • Excellent leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to foster research, innovation, and industry collaborations

  • Student-centric and innovative in teaching pedagogy

  • Strong publication record in reputed journals is a plus

Pay Scale: As per UGC scale
