About the College

Aditya Institute of Management Science and Research, located at Konerikuppam, Koodapakkam (Post), near Villianur, Puducherry, is affiliated with Pondicherry University (A Central University). Established in 2022-23, the institute offers seven undergraduate programs in Science, Arts, and Commerce under the New Education Policy (NEP) framework at the Samarth Campus. Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership & Strategy

  • Design and implement academic frameworks, curriculum, and training methodologies.

  • Align academic programs with industry trends and technology needs.

  • Set quality benchmarks for teaching and assessments.

2. Faculty & Trainer Management

  • Supervise and mentor trainers for effective course delivery.

  • Conduct workshops, faculty training, and evaluations.

3. Curriculum Development

  • Develop and update IT training modules (technical + soft skills).

  • Introduce project-based learning, real-time simulations, and case studies.

4. Student Success & Experience

  • Monitor student progress and provide career guidance.

  • Address feedback, enhance satisfaction, and support placements.

5. Operations & Administration

  • Oversee scheduling, class management, and documentation.

  • Ensure policy compliance and smooth academic operations.

6. Collaboration & Growth

  • Build industry-academia partnerships.

  • Support management in launching new programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT (Ph.D. preferred).

  • IIT/NIT graduates will be given preference.

  • 10+ years of academic/industry experience in IT training, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.

  • Expertise in IT domains such as Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, etc.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Passionate about student development, innovation, and continuous learning.

Candidate Profile

  • Good academic record.

  • Strong communication skills.

Pay Scale

  • As per UGC norms.
