Period of Engagement

Initially for six months or until the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

The engagement may be extended based on performance and institutional needs.

Maximum age limit: 65 years for retired employees.

Remuneration

Retired employees will receive fixed remuneration = (Last Basic Pay Drawn – Basic Pension) + Transport Allowance (as per DoPT OM dated 09-12-2020).
