  • Pay Level: Level 10 / Level 11 / Level 12 (as per the post held at the time of retirement)

Period of Engagement

  • Initially for six months or until the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

  • The engagement may be extended based on performance and institutional needs.

  • Maximum age limit: 65 years for retired employees.

Age Limit

  • Should not be more than 64 years of age as on the date of application.

Remuneration

  • Retired employees will receive fixed remuneration = (Last Basic Pay Drawn – Basic Pension) + Transport Allowance (as per DoPT OM dated 09-12-2020).

Selection Procedure

  • Walk-in Interview followed by a Screening-cum-Selection process.

  • The decision of the Competent Authority will be final.
