Job Description

Crimson Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty to join its academic team. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for competitive examinations such as IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, excellent communication skills, and a result-oriented teaching approach to help students achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive, concept-based classroom sessions in Mathematics for JEE/NEET aspirants

  • Prepare and review lecture plans, assignments, and question papers aligned with exam patterns

  • Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions to bridge learning gaps

  • Track student performance, provide detailed feedback, and ensure measurable academic progress

  • Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve teaching content and delivery methods

  • Maintain high academic standards in line with Crimson’s pedagogy

  • Participate in faculty training programs, parent meetings, and academic reviews

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline

  • B.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. from a reputed institute preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Mathematics for IIT-JEE / NEET

  • Proven record of mentoring high-performing students is an added advantage

Skills Required

  • Strong command over Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Coordinate Geometry

  • Excellent presentation, explanation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to engage students through analytical and interactive teaching methods

  • Effective classroom management and mentoring abilities

  • Proficiency in digital teaching tools and online learning platforms
