About the Position

G.S. Shetty International School is seeking a qualified and passionate Commerce Lecturer to teach ISC Board students of Classes XI and XII. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students toward academic excellence.

The role involves teaching Commerce subjects, preparing students for board examinations, mentoring learners, and contributing to the school’s academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction for ISC Board students.
  • Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, and Entrepreneurship subjects.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and study materials.
  • Conduct regular tests, revisions, and academic evaluations.
  • Ensure syllabus completion within the prescribed timeline.

Student Guidance & Development

  • Guide students for ISC Board examinations and academic excellence.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor students and support their academic development.
  • Encourage critical thinking and practical application of Commerce concepts.
