About the Position

Megha & Omega Group of Institutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Faculty member to teach students at Intermediate and Degree levels. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through effective language and literature instruction.

The role involves teaching English Language and Literature, preparing students for academic success, and contributing to the institution’s educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures in English Language and Literature for Intermediate and Degree students.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Conduct regular tests, examinations, and evaluations.
• Prepare students for university examinations and competitive exams, when required.
• Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

Student Guidance & Mentoring

• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Support students in improving communication and language proficiency.
• Encourage participation in academic and literary activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Institutional Responsibilities

• Participate in academic meetings and faculty discussions.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs.
• Contribute to institutional events and academic initiatives.
• Support curriculum implementation and academic planning.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• M.A. in English (Mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in Intermediate and Degree Colleges is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also be considered.
