Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering academic instruction and practical training in Room Division subjects, including Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Operations, and related hospitality soft skills. The role involves preparing students for successful careers in the hospitality and hotel management industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 2–5 years of industry experience in Front Office and/or Housekeeping Operations
  • Previous teaching experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality management systems and industry practices
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and practical training in Room Division subjects as per university syllabus
  • Teach Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Operations, and hospitality soft skills
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments
  • Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training sessions
  • Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and practical assessments
  • Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career counseling
  • Coordinate industrial visits, internships, and placement activities
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports
  • Stay updated with hospitality industry trends and incorporate them into teaching
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic enhancement initiatives
  • Support college events, seminars, workshops, and accreditation activities
