Essential Qualifications
Principal Project Scientist-I
- Ph.D. in Economics, Public Policy, Management, or a related field
- First Class or equivalent in the preceding degree
- Minimum one year of research experience
- Experience working with large panel, longitudinal, or cross-sectional datasets
- Demonstrated expertise in econometric analysis
- Strong programming skills in R or STATA
Project Scientist
- B.Tech./M.Sc./Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Management, Public Policy, or a related field
- First Class or equivalent academic record
- Minimum two years of research experience
- At least two research publications
- Experience conducting interviews and transcription
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities
Desirable Qualifications
Principal Project Scientist-I
- Literature review expertise
- Experience in web scraping and online data collection
- Familiarity with CSR and development sector research
- Ability to prepare publication-quality tables, figures, and visualizations
- Strong independent research capability
Project Scientist
- Knowledge of ethical procedures related to interview data
- Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) methods for textual analysis
- Literature review skills
- Ability to work independently and manage research assignments

- ₹75,600 – ₹1,01,610 per month

- ₹47,790 – ₹62,350 per month
