Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online leads
- Explain courses, curriculum, fee structure, and admission procedures
- Convert prospective leads into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Assist in admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred)
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups effectively
- Customer-centric and goal-oriented approach
