Educational Qualifications

Assistant Registrar

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Six years of relevant experience at Pay Level 6 or above OR
• Three years of experience at Pay Level 7 or above.

Junior Superintendent

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks.
• Minimum five years of clerical or supervisory experience in relevant administrative fields.
• Candidates with full-time Master’s Degree may receive experience weightage of up to two years.

Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Junior Technical Superintendent

Applications are invited in:

• Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
• Computing & Communication Systems (CCS)
• Chemical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Biosciences & Biomedical Engineering (BSBE)

Eligible qualifications include:

• Diploma with six years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Non-B.E./B.Tech.) with five years experience
• B.E./B.Tech. with three years relevant experience

Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA required in qualifying examinations.

Desirable Qualification (Assistant Registrar)

• Experience in IITs, IISc, NITs, IISERs, CFTIs, or similar Central Government institutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computerized office environments.
