About the Project

The project focuses on the design and development of a low-cost, portable, and non-invasive antenna-based sensing system capable of detecting electromagnetic material properties such as permittivity and permeability. Operating in the S-Band frequency range, the system integrates sensing and wireless transmission technologies for real-time monitoring and communication.

Position Details

Post: Project Associate-I

Duration:

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • GATE Qualification
  • CSIR-UGC NET Qualification
  • M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • RF Engineering Background
  • Antenna Design Experience
  • Wireless Communication Knowledge

Ph.D. Opportunity

Selected candidates will have an opportunity to register for a regular Ph.D. programme at VNIT Nagpur subject to fulfillment of institute eligibility criteria.

Fellowship Details

Candidates with GATE/NET

Duration Fellowship
First Two Years ₹37,000 + 20% HRA per month
Third Year ₹42,000 + 20% HRA per month

Candidates without GATE/NET

Duration Fellowship
First Two Years ₹30,000 + 20% HRA per month
Third Year ₹33,000 + 20% HRA per month
