Educational Qualifications

Assistant Registrar

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Six years of relevant experience at Pay Level 6 or above OR three years at Pay Level 7 or above.

Junior Superintendent

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks.
• Five years of experience in clerical or supervisory roles in relevant administrative areas.
• Up to two years of Master’s degree duration may be counted towards experience.

Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Junior Technical Superintendent

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or allied disciplines with prescribed experience.

Computing & Communication Systems (CCS)

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or allied fields.

Chemical Engineering

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Civil Engineering

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or allied disciplines.

Biosciences & Biomedical Engineering (BSBE)

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / B.E./B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biosciences, Life Sciences, Biology, or related fields.

For all Technical Superintendent positions:

• Minimum 60% marks in qualifying examinations.
• Relevant experience as prescribed in the notification.

Desirable Qualifications (Assistant Registrar)

• Experience in IITs, NITs, IISc, IISERs, CFTIs, or similar Central Government institutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computerized office environments.
