Educational Qualifications

Registrar

• Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognized University/Institute.
• Relevant administrative experience as prescribed under the recruitment rules.

Desirable Qualifications

• Qualification in Management, Engineering, or Law.
• Experience in computerized administration, legal, finance, or establishment matters.

Executive Engineer (Civil)

• First Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institute.

Medical Officer (Allopathy)

• MBBS degree or equivalent qualification recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Registration in the State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

Desirable

• MD in General Medicine or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

Assistant Registrar

• Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institute.

Desirable

• Qualification in Management, Engineering, or Law.
• Experience with E-Office systems.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant qualification (preferred for Finance & Accounts).

Experience Requirements

Registrar

Candidates should have one of the following:

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis.

OR

• At least 15 years as Assistant Professor with administrative responsibilities.

OR

• 15 years of administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

Executive Engineer

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis (for deputation candidates).
