About the Institution

AarupadaiVeedu Institute of Technology (AVIT) was established in 1998 as an affiliated institution under the University of Madras and later affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. In 2004, the institution attained university status under Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation (VMRF) – Deemed to be University, Salem, under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.

AVIT is approved by AICTE and the Council of Architecture (COA), Government of India. The institution is located on Rajiv Gandhi Salai (Old Mahabalipuram Road) across a 24.11-acre campus.

Vacancies
