NIT Rourkela ICSPCRE-2026: IEEE International Conference on Smart Power Control and Renewable Energy

National Institute of Technology Rourkela invites original and unpublished research contributions for the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Smart Power Control and Renewable Energy (ICSPCRE-2026). The conference will be conducted in hybrid mode (online and in-person) from 4th to 6th December 2026.
ICSPCRE-2026 is jointly organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, NIT Rourkela and the IEEE Student Branch, NIT Rourkela, in association with IEEE Kolkata Section chapters, IEEE Rourkela Subsection, and IEEE Kolkata Section. The conference has technical co-sponsorship from IEEE PES, IAS, and IES societies.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE review and quality requirements. Selected 20% of presented papers will be eligible for further review for publication in IEEE Industry Applications Society periodicals, including IAS Transactions and Magazine.

Each registration is valid for one paper. One additional paper may be considered with the same registration upon payment of an additional 50% registration fee.
Paper Submission
Authors must prepare papers using the IEEE conference paper template in Microsoft Word or LaTeX and submit them through the Microsoft CMT portal.
