Role Overview
Instructional Support
Academic Associates will support faculty members in:
- Conducting tutorials.
- Preparing and evaluating assignments and assessments.
- Grading student work.
- Coordinating and managing multi-section courses.
- Preparing instructional materials.
- Implementing pedagogical innovations.
Laboratory Management and Support
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting laboratory instruction.
- Assessing laboratory work.
- Conducting viva sessions and demonstrations.
- Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols.

Eligibility
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- M.E. / M.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or equivalent.
Computer Science & Information Systems (CSIS)
- M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent.
Economics and Finance
Master’s degree such as:
- M.A. / M.Sc. or equivalent in Economics
- Finance
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Data Science

- MBA
Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary: ₹9,00,000 per annum
The salary may vary based on experience and includes Dearness Allowance according to prevailing Institute norms, which may be revised periodically.
Additional benefits include:
- HRA: 12.5%
- Provident Fund as per Institute norms.
- Gratuity as per Institute norms.
- Annual increment according to the policy applicable to Non-Tenured Faculty.
- On-campus accommodation is not provided.
