1. Lecturer – Computer Engineering & IoT

Essential Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • M.E./M.Tech in a relevant allied discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of teaching or industry experience.
  • Engineering college teaching experience will be preferred.

Desirable Skills

Candidates should have strong knowledge of:

  • Embedded Systems
  • Microcontrollers
  • Arduino / Raspberry Pi / ESP32
  • Computer Hardware
  • Networking
  • Python / C / C++
  • Cloud-enabled IoT
  • Sensor Interfacing

Candidates should also have a passion for practical teaching and student project mentoring.

2. Senior Lecturer – Computer Engineering & IoT

Essential Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
  • M.E./M.Tech in a relevant allied discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching or industry experience.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Arduino/Raspberry Pi/ESP32, Computer Hardware, Networking, Python, C/C++, Cloud-enabled IoT and Sensor Interfacing will be preferred.

Experience in practical teaching and student project mentoring will be an advantage.

3. Lab Instructor

Technical Departments

Candidates should possess a:

  • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechatronics
  • Robotics & Automation
  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

Basic Engineering Department

Candidates should possess:

  • B.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry.

Desirable Skills

For technical departments, candidates should have knowledge of:

  • PLCs
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Sensors
  • Actuators
  • Industrial Automation

For Basic Engineering, candidates should have sound knowledge of laboratory practices and safety standards.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skilled fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

4. Curriculum / Content Developer – Academic & Training

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess an M.E. or Ph.D. in any of the following areas:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Robotics
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics
  • Instrumentation
  • Computer Engineering / IoT

Ph.D. holders will be preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
  • At least 2 years of industrial experience.

Desirable Skills

Candidates should have:

  • Strong instructional design skills.
  • Knowledge of global curriculum standards and practices from Singapore, Germany and Austria.
  • Ability to create student-centric learning materials.
  • Ability to develop activity-based learning resources.

Retired professors and professionals with prior TVS Group experience will be preferred for this role.

Salary Details

Higher starting salary may be offered to deserving candidates for the Curriculum/Content Developer position.
