Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Management
  • Preference for specialization in Operations & Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong research competence and subject expertise.
  • Excellent academic record with First Class throughout from a reputed institution/university.
  • Qualifications should have been obtained through regular mode.

Publication Requirement

Applicants should have at least one research publication in a peer-reviewed national or international journal.

The publication should demonstrate the candidate’s ability to:

  • Conduct independent research.
  • Apply appropriate research methodologies.
  • Contribute to scholarly research.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience publishing high-quality research papers in reputed journals.
  • Strong knowledge of R / Python.
  • Statistical modelling experience.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Simulation experience.
  • Knowledge of reproducible research workflows.

Position-wise Experience Requirements

Senior Research Associate

  • Ph.D.
  • Minimum 3 years of research experience.

Research Associate – A

  • Ph.D.
  • Minimum 2 years of research experience.

Research Associate – B

  • Ph.D. required.

Senior Research Assistant

  • MBA.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in research activities related to Operations and Supply Chain Management, including quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, research methodology, data analysis and scholarly publication.

Salary / Remuneration

As per IIM Lucknow norms, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
