Educational Qualification
Candidates should have an outstanding academic record, preferably with 60% marks or an equivalent grade at the Master’s level, wherever applicable.
Applicants should possess:
- Ph.D. or post-doctoral research in the concerned, allied, or relevant discipline.
- Strong academic and teaching credentials.
- A substantial research record in the relevant field.
- Evidence of high-quality scholarly publications.
Experience & Research Profile
Candidates should preferably have:
- 3 to 7 years of experience as Associate Professor or equivalent, depending on the post.
- Substantial experience in guiding doctoral and post-doctoral research.
- An active research profile.
- Preferably around 10 publications, including books and/or research or policy papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
Desirable
Preference may be given to candidates with evidence of:
- Innovative courses
- Innovative teaching plans
- Innovative research
- International teaching experience
- Strong interdisciplinary academic engagement
