Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Registrar

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above, including experience as an Associate Professor.
• At least 5 years of experience as an educational administrator.

2. Academic Registrar

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years in Academic Level-12 and above, including Associate Professor experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an educational administrator.
• Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or higher education institution.
• 15 years of administrative experience, including at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

3. Controller of Examination

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years in Academic Level-12 and above, including Associate Professor experience.
• At least 5 years of educational administration experience.
• Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or higher education institution.
• 15 years of administrative experience, including at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

4. Deputy Controller of Examination

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience.

5. Deputy Registrar

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience.

6. Finance Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
• At least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in a University, Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking.
