Project Title

“Design and Development of Group-III nitride based LEDs for UV-Blue region for underwater communication”

The position is associated with research and development of LED technology intended for applications in the UV-Blue region and underwater communication.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess either:

• M.Tech. in Electronics or any relevant branch, or
• M.Sc. in Electronics or any relevant branch

Preferred Qualification

Candidates with:

Post-Graduation + GATE qualification

will be preferred.

Fellowship / Salary
