Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Research Associate position must satisfy one of the following educational qualifications:
1. Ph.D. Candidates
- Candidates should possess a Ph.D., preferably in Management or a relevant discipline.

2. Postgraduate Candidates

Job Responsibilities
The selected Research Associate will work under the guidance of Professor Saurabh Kumar and assist with academic research and project-related activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting literature reviews and reviewing academic research papers.
- Conceptualising and designing research projects.
- Collecting primary and secondary research data.
- Analysing research data using appropriate analytical tools.
- Preparing academic reports and research papers.
- Supporting the preparation and development of research publications.
- Assisting with research-related activities and project requirements.
- Performing other research responsibilities assigned by the faculty supervisor.
Salary Details
