About the Institution
ADM College for Women was established in 1975, the International Women’s Year, with the sole aim of uplifting young women of the coastal region of Nagapattinam. Founded by Thiru A.D. Jeyaveerapandian and brothers, the institution is affiliated to Bharathidasan University and run by the Natarajan Dhamayanthi Educational Society.
The college attained Autonomous status in 2004 and has received successive extensions in 2011, 2016, and 2023. It has been accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC in 2004 and re-accredited with the same grade in 2011, 2017, and 2023 with CGPA scores of 3.11, 3.28, and 3.09 respectively.
