  • MA with First Division from a recognized university
  • Minimum 20–25 years of administrative experience
  • Preference for candidates from defence, educational, or public sector backgrounds

2. Executive Secretary to Sr. Management

  • MBA with First Division
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong documentation and office administration skills

3. Senior HR Head & Admin

  • MBA/MSW with specialization in HR
  • Minimum 20–25 years of experience in HR and administration
  • Leadership and organizational management expertise required

4. Administrative Officer

  • MBA with First Division
  • 15–20 years of administrative experience
  • Preference for defence and ex-servicemen candidates

5. Senior Placement Manager

  • MBA in Human Resource or related field
  • 15–20 years of experience in training and placement activities
  • Strong industry networking skills

6. Accounts Officer

  • MBA (Finance) preferred
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in accounts, taxation, auditing, and financial management

7. Registrar (Academics)

  • MBA with First Division
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in academic administration
  • Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory compliance preferred

8. Receptionist

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency required

9. System Administrator

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT
  • 10–15 years of experience in system administration
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, server management, and network security

10. Deputy Librarian

  • Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science (MLIS)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputed educational institution library
