Hiring Institute: All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar 

Organization Profile: As part of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare of the Government of India built the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar, as one of the premier healthcare institutions. Six new All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, in addition to the one in New Delhi, have been created under this scheme: Patna, Raipur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, and Rishikesh.

In his Independence Day Speech on August 15, 2003, then prime minister Atal Bihari Vajapayee announced opening up of 6 AIIMS Hospitals at Patna, Raipur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Rishikesh under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) launched for up gradation of medicare facilities in underserved areas of the country besides providing quality medical education in super-specialty disciplines in these areas.

Positions:

• Sub: Recruitment to the post of Tutors/ Demonstrators on Contract basis for a period of One Year.

• Anatomy
• Biochemistry
• Forensic Medicine & Toxicology
• Microbiology
• Pathology & Lab. Medicine
• Pharmacology
• Physiology

 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

For Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology & Pharmacology:

• Essential Qualification:
  MBBS / M.Sc. in concerned Medical Speciality from from MCI/ NMC recognised Institute.
• Desirable qualification:
  MD / PhD in respective Medical Speciality.

For Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology & Pathology & Lab. Medicine:

• Essential Qualification: MBBS
• Desirable qualification: MD in FMT / MD in pathology & Lab Medicine.
  (Non-Medical candidates will not be considered.)

PAY SCALE: 

• Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus usual allowance as admissible.
• Allowance and perks will be admissible as per the rules besides pays & NPA (Medical candidates only).
