Job Title:

System Administrator

Job Description:

The System Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operation of online examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and system tools.

  • Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure performance.

  • Implement and maintain security protocols, data backup, and redundancy strategies.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Support system upgrades, software integrations, and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Basic understanding of Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Familiarity with firewalls, backup tools, and system monitoring is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
