Employment Type: Regular Position with a 6-month Probation Period, under Institutional Funding
Essential Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Junior Research Fellow position should possess:
- M.Sc. or M.Tech in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology or an equivalent discipline.
- Ph.D. graduates in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology are eligible.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology are also eligible to apply.
Desirable Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in:
- Molecular Dynamics Simulation
- Protein Structure and Function Prediction
- Genome Sequence Analysis
- Transcriptome Sequence Analysis
- Metagenome Sequence Analysis
Publication Requirement: A minimum of two Scopus-indexed publications is mandatory for the desirable qualification.
