Qualification

  • M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or relevant specialization
  • Qualifications as per AICTE norms

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in Engineering Colleges
  • Strong academic knowledge and technical expertise preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality teaching for undergraduate engineering courses
  • Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments
  • Guide students in academic projects, technical activities, and research initiatives
  • Participate in departmental development and accreditation activities
  • Contribute to research, innovation, publications, and student mentoring
  • Support institutional academic and administrative functions

Required Skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of core EEE subjects
  • Familiarity with Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Renewable Energy Systems, Control Systems, Power Electronics, and emerging technologies
  • Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
