Position Overview

MIMT invites applications from passionate and dedicated candidates for the position of Assistant Professor / Faculty – B.A. (Arts). The selected candidate will be responsible for classroom teaching, student mentoring, curriculum delivery, and participation in institutional academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

  • Teach B.A. students as per the university curriculum and syllabus.
  • Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.

Student Mentoring & Evaluation

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Master’s Degree (M.A.) in the relevant Arts discipline.
  • Minimum 55% marks in the qualifying examination.

Experience

  • Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior college-level teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong subject knowledge in the relevant Arts discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
