Job Positions

The Bapatla Education Society is recruiting for the following positions:

  • Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
  • Administrative Officer
  • HR Manager
  • Stenographer

1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Qualification & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Overall financial management
    • Statutory compliance
    • Internal financial controls
    • Budgeting
    • Treasury management
    • Financial governance
  • Experience in handling financial governance for various institutions of Bapatla Education Society will be preferred.

2. Administrative Officer

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in HR / Finance.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed higher educational institutions.
  • Strong administrative and institutional management skills.

3. HR Manager

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in HR.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • MHR / M.E. qualification will be preferred as mentioned in the notification.
  • Knowledge of:
    • HR practices
    • Education and Labour Laws
    • Recruitment
    • Employee relations

4. Stenographer

Qualification & Experience

  • Any Degree.
  • Stenography / Secretarial qualification.
  • Excellent shorthand and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of official correspondence.
  • Record-management skills.
  • Relevant experience will be preferred.
