Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant area of specialization.

AND

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

AND

  • M.E./M.Tech in one of the following specializations:
    • Construction Technology and Management (CTM)
    • Construction Engineering and Management (CEM)
    • Infrastructure Engineering and Management (IEM)
    • Project Management

Required Knowledge Areas

Applicants should have expertise in:

  • Project Planning & Control
  • Contract Management
  • Construction Economics & Finance
  • Construction Automation
  • Construction Quality Management
  • Construction Safety Management
  • Microsoft Project (MSP)
  • Primavera
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM) Tools

Salary

Consolidated Remuneration: ₹80,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle theory and laboratory courses for the M.Tech Construction Technology & Management Programme.
  • Develop and update curriculum and course content.
  • Support programme development initiatives.
  • Guide students in academic projects and research activities.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support.
  • Undertake programme-related administrative responsibilities.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 35 years as on the closing date of application.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
