Job Title:

Soft Skill & Aptitude Trainer

Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with First Class in all preceding academic qualifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting Aptitude / Soft Skill Training for college students.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, interview techniques, group discussions, and presentation skills.

  • Train students in interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills, and quantitative aptitude; conduct weekly assessments.

  • Deliver modules on corporate etiquette, goal setting, and professional behavior.

  • Organize mock interviews, role-plays, and confidence-building activities.

  • Collaborate with the Training and Placement Cell to align sessions with industry needs.

  • Provide continuous feedback and performance evaluation to students.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Strong presentation, motivational, and mentoring skills.

  • Ability to engage and inspire students effectively.

  • Dynamic, creative, and energetic approach to training.

  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

  • Capacity to guide and mentor students in innovation and personal development.
