Eligibility Criteria:

For Assistant Professor:

  • Qualification:

    • Ph.D. in Management (Preferred) or First-Class MBA from a recognized university.

For Associate Professor:

  • Qualification: Ph.D. in Management (Mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years (including 2 years post-Ph.D.) in teaching/research.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in research, consultancy, or industry collaboration.

  • Experience in Entrepreneurship Development Cells (EDC), value-added courses, or corporate training.
