• A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, or equivalent Grade B in the UGC seven-point scale.
• A consistent good academic record.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing or General Management will be preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in university outreach, placement activities and engaging effectively with companies.
• Strong understanding of higher education and the job market.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage data and records effectively.

Remuneration

Selected candidates will receive:

₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience.

No other allowances or perks will be admissible.
