Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess qualifications as prescribed by UGC norms for the regular Assistant Professor position in the relevant specialization.

Candidate Profile

  • Must satisfy UGC eligibility criteria for Assistant Professor.
  • Should not be receiving any scholarship, fellowship, or salary from any other source.
  • Full-time Ph.D. scholars are not eligible to apply.
  • Must be capable of delivering a 10-minute demonstration lecture in the chosen specialization.
  • Should be willing to join immediately upon selection.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures in the assigned management specialization.
  • Participate in the selection process through a 10-minute demo session.
  • Handle teaching responsibilities for the Academic Year 2026–27 based on departmental requirements.
  • Contribute to academic activities of the Department of Management Studies.

Salary Details

  • Honorarium: ₹1,500 per lecture
  • Maximum Monthly Remuneration: ₹50,000 per month
  • DA: Not applicable
