Educational Qualifications & Experience:
1. Assistant Professor (Grade-1) – Level-12 (Rs. 101,500 per month) plus standard allowances in accordance with Government of India regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
(i) A Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) / Ph.D. /an equivalent qualification in the relevant field, with a 1st-class /equivalent in the preceding degree, demonstrating a strong academic record throughout.
(ii) A minimum of three years of professional experience in industry, research, / teaching, other the time spent pursuing FPM/Ph.D.
Desirable Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in IITs \ IIMs. A proven record of effective teaching, training, research, & publications in esteemed peer-reviewed journals is highly valued. Candidates who possess.
Individuals who have earned a Ph.D. from esteemed international universities are strongly encouraged to submit their applications.
Upper Age Limit: Ideally, candidates should be no older 35 years.
2. Assistant Professor Grade-II – *On Contract
Essential Qualifications:
A Ph.D. degree / its equivalent in the relevant field, accompanied by a 1st-class equivalent in the preceding degree, demonstrating a consistently strong academic record.
Desirable Qualifications:
A proven history of effective teaching, training, research, & publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Upper Age Limit: Ideally, candidates should be no older 35 years.
*Candidates who have submitted their thesis are awaiting defense are encouraged to apply., the final appointment will be contingent upon the successful completion of the Ph.D. defense & the submission of the degree award certificates to the Institute.
3. Associate Professor – Level-13 A2 (Rs. 139,600 per month) + standard allowances as per Government of India regulations
Essential Qualifications:
(i) FPM /Ph.D ..an equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline, with 1st-class \ equivalent in the preceding degree, demonstrating a consistently strong academic record.
(ii) A minimum of six years of experience in Teaching/Industry/Research, with least three years at the level of Assistant Professor (Grade 1), excluding experience gained while pursuing FPM/Ph.D.
(iii) A successful track record in teaching, training, research, & publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, preferably those listed in the ABDC ranking.
Desirable Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in IITs/IIMs. The candidate should have exhibited leadership in research within a specific area of specialization, evidenced by guiding Ph.D. students \Fellow Programme in Management, presenting research papers at conferences, holding patents, developing courses/ engaging in other recognized academic & professional activities, & Management Development Programs (MDPs), consultancy, research projects.
Scale of Pay:
1. Assistant Professor – Level-12 (Rs. 101500 per month) + usual allowances as per GoI norms
2. Associate Professor – Level-13 A2 (Rs. 139600 per month) + usual allowances as per GoI norms
3. Professor – Level-14A (Rs. 159100 per month) + usual allowances as per GoI norms
