Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Quantum Computation.
Candidates with a Ph.D. in the following or closely related disciplines may also apply, provided they have expertise in the quantum computing domain:

- Applied Mathematics
- Mathematics
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Closely related disciplines
Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis in a relevant area are also eligible to apply.
Salary
₹58,000 per month + HRA, as applicable.
Nature of Work
The selected Research Associate will work at the intersection of:
- Quantum computation
- Theoretical physics
- Numerical methods
- Quantum information and computation
- Partial Differential Equations (PDEs)
The project aims to develop and investigate quantum algorithms for solving Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) and explore the application of quantum computation to efficiently solve PDEs relevant to science and engineering.
The research will combine numerical analysis with quantum information and computation to advance quantum-based PDE solvers.
Desired Experience
Preference may be given to candidates with:
- Strong background in theoretical physics and/or quantum computing.
- Experience or understanding of quantum information.
- Good understanding of:
