The available positions include:

Candidates are required to possess the prescribed academic qualifications and experience relevant to their respective specialization. As stated in the recruitment details, Ph.D. is mandatory in the mentioned specializations.

1. Faculty Recruitment – MBA/BBA

KL University is inviting applications for faculty positions in the MBA/BBA area. The required specializations and indicative vacancies include:

  • Business Analytics – 2 positions – Candidates with a Mathematics or Computer Science background are preferred.
  • Marketing – 1 position
  • Operations Management – 1 position
  • Finance – 2 positions

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Management or the relevant specialization, preferably in accordance with applicable UGC/AICTE norms.

Faculty members are expected to have knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms. Candidates should also be capable of conducting research and publishing papers in reputed Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals.

Additional responsibilities may include guiding student projects, internships and dissertations, participating in accreditation activities such as NBA, NAAC and NIRF, and contributing to consultancy, funded research projects, FDPs, MDPs and institutional development.

Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel and ERP/SAP, wherever applicable, will be advantageous.

2. Faculty Recruitment – School of Law

Faculty positions are also available in the School of Law for the following specializations:

  • Commercial Law – 1 position
  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – 1 position

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Law, with NET/SLET/SET qualification wherever applicable. Relevant teaching experience and/or legal practice in the concerned domain will be considered desirable.

Candidates with research publications in reputed journals and demonstrated academic expertise may be preferred.

3. Faculty Recruitment – B.Com

KL University is recruiting faculty members in Commerce for the following specializations:

  • Accounting – 1 position
  • Taxation – 1 position

Candidates should have M.Com with First Class in the relevant specialization. A Ph.D. in Commerce is specified as mandatory, while professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA or CMA are preferred for Accounting-related positions.

Candidates should have teaching experience in Commerce subjects. Practical knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, Auditing and Financial Reporting will be desirable.

4. Faculty Recruitment – BA Economics

Applications are also invited for a faculty position in Economics.

Specialization: Economics – 1 position

Candidates should possess M.A. Economics with Ph.D. in Economics, with relevant teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level. Research publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage.
