Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures in Finance and Business Studies as per the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
  • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and assessment tools.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create an engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and developments in finance and business disciplines.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
  • Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) – Mandatory
  • Minimum one (1) year of teaching experience in Finance and/or Business Studies
  • Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and classroom management abilities

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM
  • Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
