Position: Principal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution.

  • Ensure compliance with AICTE, DTE, and University of Mumbai norms.

  • Promote research, industry collaborations, and innovative teaching methodologies.

  • Oversee curriculum development, faculty development programs, and student welfare initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: As per AICTE/University of Mumbai/DTE norms (typically Ph.D. in Engineering + First Class at UG/PG levels).

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in teaching/research/industry, with at least 5 years as Professor/HOD in a reputed engineering college.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in academic administration, accreditation (NBA/NAAC), and institutional growth.

Job Details:

  • Location: Bharat College of Engineering, Badlapur (West), Thane – 421503.
    (Opposite Gajanan Maharaj Temple, Kanhor Road)

  • Salary: As per norms (negotiable for deserving candidates).

  • Employment Type: Full-time.
