Role Overview

The institution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Studies HOD for the Primary Campus to lead faculty members in delivering an engaging and structured curriculum aligned with CBSE standards. Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Social Studies department

Curriculum Development

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum
  • Promote experiential and interactive learning methods

Faculty Mentorship

  • Train and support Social Studies teachers in pedagogy and classroom engagement techniques
  • Guide teachers in assessment and instructional strategies

Student Learning Enhancement

  • Monitor student progress and learning outcomes

Professional Development

  • Organize workshops and teacher training sessions
