Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or related roles in educational institutions.

Prior experience in admission campaigns, lead management, or student outreach is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students and parents on admission processes, eligibility, and documentation.

Assist in application processing and inter-departmental coordination.

Handle admission-related queries and ensure a student-friendly admission experience.

Support outreach programs, open days, and educational fairs.
Preference:

Candidates with university/college admission experience.

Experience with CRM systems and online admission portals.

Strong communication, persuasive ability, and a student-centric approach.
