Job Title / Designation:

HR Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree (MBA in HR) is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll/attendance management systems.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in academic or institutional settings.

  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

  • Exposure to university or educational HR systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee service records (appointments, promotions, transfers, leave management).

  • Plan and organize faculty and staff training programs, workshops, and skill development sessions.

  • Handle salary processing, PF/NPS, insurance, and other employee benefits.

  • Coordinate faculty and staff recruitment — including advertisements, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Manage applicant tracking systems and support campus recruitment initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related institutional requirements and statutory norms.

Preference Will Be Given To:

  • Candidates with prior HR experience in universities or educational institutions.

  • Professionals familiar with labour laws, service rules, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, Gratuity).

  • Candidates experienced in digital HR systems, ERP modules, and employee engagement programs.

  • Individuals who demonstrate confidentiality, integrity, and a people-first approach.
